Tatiana Pontes is an Associate Lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2017 working mainly in debt recovery, civil law and insolvency law.
Her experience focuses specifically on debt recovery for banking institutions and credit finance institutions, as well as on the analysis of the contracts underlying banking operations in the litigation phase and associated guarantees.

Advising a public institution in the area of social welfare by issuing legal opinions, specifically regarding the request to incorporate the institutions as a public service non-profit organization and advising on legal procedures in the areas of civil and criminal law, specifically, in terms of the crime of abuse of trust against social welfare.
Advising on insolvency procedures, particularly lodging of claims, liquidation of assets and contesting other claims lodged.
Securing and monitoring injunctions, and subsequent ordinary shares, as well as inventory procedures.
Advising lending institutions on the process of expropriation.
