Simão de Sant’Ana is an Associated Partner since 2019 and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2007, working primarily in the areas of employment law, corporate law and the personal data protection.
He has been involved in corporate restructuring operations involving employment issues, dealt with either by process of negotiation or through collective redundancy. He also advises clients on matters of a corporate nature.
He has extensive practical experience in matters relating to workers’ rights to privacy, and the protection of their personal data, advising national and international clients.
