Ricardo Vieira is a Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2009, working primarily in public law and administrative litigation.
He focuses particularly in matters related to public procurement, urban and land use planning, environment and civil service. He counsels public entities to draft law and regulations and as well as private entities in licensing procedures before public entities, particularly in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
He also has extensive experience in administrative financial (Court of Accounts) and taxation litigation involving matters of liability and legality.

Advising companies in the tourism sector in the preparation of investments and in the construction of hotels;
Advising publicly funded companies in the areas of construction and administrative and financial (Court of Accounts) litigation proceedings;
