Ana Rita Duarte de Campos, Professional Partner at Abreu Advogados, participated in a study entitled “UBO in Europe: Definition and registration in European countries”, co-ordinated by B. Snijder-Kuipers and published by Wolters Kluwer. Said publication appears at a time in which The Netherlands is preparing to implement their new legislation on the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) and wishes to divulge the implementation of these European regulations in each EU member state.
