ABREU ADVOGADOS AND WOLTERS KLUWERS PORTUGAL PRESENT "JUSPRÁTICO IRC 2010"

Abreu Advogados launched a new Corporate Income Tax Code named JusPrático IRC 2010, authored by its Tax Law Practice Area members, under the responsibility of Pedro Pais de Almeida, partner of Abreu Advogados and an expert in Tax Law. Published by Wolters Kluwer Portugal and Coimbra Editora, a leading publisher in the legal market, this book is part of the JusPráticos collection.

This is the most complete book about the Corporate Income Tax (IRC), updated with the latest legislative amendments resulting from the PEC (Stability and Growth Plan), including comments, jurisprudence and administrative doctrine from the Portuguese Tax Authorities.

The launching ceremony took place on July 13 at Abreu Advogados Lisbon Office, and was presented by the President of the Portuguese Chartered Accountants Bar Association, Mr. António Gonçalves Monteiro.
